8.0 Our Return Policy

Voluntary refunds for Bookings On Demand has a 30 day money back guarantee and refund period. From the first time the campaign/ad is active you will have 30days to claim your refund. Refund’s will only be deemed if the ad does not convert as agreed. For refund to be redeemed the “Offer” must comply as an ‘Irresistible offer’ (⅓ of the original price) and a budget spent minimum of $500US. All forms must be returned fully filled in with truthful information. Bookings On Demand campaigns will be completed within 2 of the final form has been submitted. If forms are not completed and submitted within 4 months the campaign will be cancelled at the expense of the business owner.

For all refunds of any program/tool/course. This type of progress requires that you follow the program/tool/course and do the work. You must demonstrate that you have participated in the program/tool/Course by accessing course content and/or joining the Facebook community before requesting a cancellation of your program/tool/course/membership and refund. We may request the submission of completed worksheets, activities and exercises in considering your refund request. A change of mind does not constitute a valid reason for cancellation and request for refund. In considering your refund we may also charge an admin fee at our discretion.

If you receive your money back you must delete every copy of the product and materials that you have downloaded as well as copies you have placed on other devices or media.

Being removed or banned from the Facebook group does not entitle you to a refund of your program/tool/course/membership enrolment fee.

You may be entitled to a refund as a result of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your money within two weeks of notice to us and the entitlement arising.

If you are required to return any goods, you are liable for the cost of returning those goods unless the cost is significant.

Your refund will be paid in the currency in which it was received by us. If you paid in a currency other than Australian dollars, you may be liable for the costs of exchange. All forms must be returned fully filled in with truthful information.

Invoices will be sent weekly to be paid on the day of receiving. Once the first payment is received Salon owner will gain access to the members area/first coaching call. If for any reason Bookings on demand/Excelerate Your Salon/Start Your Salon is canceled all payments of the payment plan must still be made in full until the end of the payment plan. 5% over due fee apply to all over due invoices.
